FAQ
Do you charge for estimates?
Short answer - no. We believe in serving our community as though everyone were our next door neighbors. Which means operating with integrity and being honest with people about what’s going on with their garage doors. Thus we offer free estimates, it won’t cost you anything for us to come out and take a look at what’s going on with your garage door.
Do you offer same-day garage door repair?
We do! We pride ourselves on our quick response time and ensuring our neighbors aren’t stuck with the hassle of a trapped car, a crooked door, or any other inconveniences.
Why is my garage door so noisy?
Grinding, squeaking, or humming through your walls typically means your door likely needs some new components. Things like having nylon rollers installed, or a tune-up, or even upgrading your opener to one with a DC motor can vastly lower the noise levels and bring about a higher quality of life.
How often should I have my garage door serviced?
We highly recommend semiannual tune-ups be performed, or at the very least annually. Getting a tune-up just once a year goes a long way in preventing the bigger and more costly repairs from needing to be done in the first place. Proper upkeep and maintenance can extend your garage door and opener’s lifespan drastically as well.
Why won’t my garage door open or close?
Often times the culprit behind either of these issues could be a broken spring, a malfunctioning opener, worn down rollers, or even something as simple as misaligned photoeye sensors. It’s best to call us out so we can get trained eyes on scene, followed by a professional diagnosis and a swift repair.
Can I replace my garage door spring myself?
ABSOLUTLEY NOT! Garage door springs can be incredibly dangerous, potentially life-threatening. It’s best to call us for any repairs, especially involving springline work, so we can get a trained professional to safely resolve the issue.
